Managed a team of System Administrators that supported 150 Novell Netware, 85 UNIX Solaris and 50 NT servers for clients at The First National Bank of Chicago, American National Bank and The National Bank of Detroit.
Managed a total budget of over $4M for staff, hardware and software for central IT department.
Initiated system software implementation, including deploying BMC Patrol, ISS software for intrusion protection and Security Dynamics software for UNIX security.
Conducted several midrange installation projects including multi-million dollar Netware cluster systems.
